How to Make ‘Dirty Juice’ in a Vita-Mix

You can find the full ingredient list, procedure, and free ‘Living Cookbook’ recipe (.fdx) file to download on alittleinsanity.com —————- Ok, so there’s no dirt actually involved in the process – but since the end result is pure, unfiltered juice, my family has dubbed this recipe ‘Dirty Juice’. Some might say this is an ‘acquired taste’, but after a while, you’ll be craving the healthy burst of energy you’ll have after drinking 8 oz of this yummy nectar! If you don’t like the thickness, feel free to dilute the juice with more water… Or, you can always strain the juice in a nut-milk bag or through several layers of cheese cloth. If you don’t already have a VitaMix, I strongly encourage you to check out what this machine is capable of! For more information about the Vita-Mix and a coupon for free shipping, you can visit me at aLittleInsanity.com Feel free to send me any questions or comments you may have!

The first time I used my new Vitamix was to make a smoothie. I added a couple dates to my vegies and fruit in order to add a little sweetness. Wonderful flavor.

Hi there, have you considered “Belly Fat Quencher” (search on Google for it)? There you can watch a helpful free video. This made it possible for Elizabeth to lose her belly fat. Hopefully it helps you also.

The beets did you say 25 cents a bunch? They are 3.99 for three (a bunch here) with tops.

I was talking about the Vitamix I’m getting this morning, and the ingredients I was talking about making my smoothies with are the exact ones you used except I want to add protein powder.

Also, you are about the 3rd person I’ve heard say something along the lines “after I was sure my family was safe, I would run back in and grab my vitamix.” It’s funny how passionate people are about their Vitamixes. So, I’m definitely excited to get mine.

Your kid sounds very cute, btw.

People generally do not know how to properly use a Vitamix and then they say it doesn’t work. I love mine.

Although I did recently purchase a Nutribullet so we will see how that goes.

Vita mix is awesome, my parents own one and it blends almost anything you throw in there, but I use magic bullet for everyday use. I use the exact same fruits and veggies for my breakfast almost everyday. it is amazing, I only paid like 50 dollars and it has been working for 4 years now.

I totally agree! I normally serve & store all of my juice & pantry items in glass mason jars. I just didn’t have one big enough for this video! =) Thanks & God Bless! ~Erika

You really should not store your fresh juice in a plastic container.
Best to use glass or stainless steel.

A tip: let the kiddies outside to play (hopefully with adult supervision), then record in peace and quiet :)
